About
I am currently the Administrative & Theater Coordinator at the Louisiana Academy of Performing Arts (LAAPA). At LAAPA, I serve as the Technical Lead at the Three Rivers Theater, and picked the fixtures/designed the lighting plot for the theater. Throughout my time at LAAPA, I have worked as a lighting designer, QLab operator, and camera operator.
I began studying lighting design at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) in 2012. I specialized in lighting for dance concerts and musical theatre; but I've worked the entire theatrical spectrum, including theatrical plays and opera. I specialize in concert design.
I was a lighting designer, programmer, and board op at See-Hear Productions in Abita Springs, Louisiana.
I worked at the Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts as a stagehand, programmer, board op, and lighting designer for two years while I attended Southeastern Louisiana University.
I also worked at my local church, Church of the King Little Creek Campus, as a lighting designer, light board operator, programmer, and lighting director.
I previously attended Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, and studied lighting design with an emphasis in concert design.
